Nice little micro a few minutes walk from the Five Lamps. Again I was the only customer on Sunday afternoon. The couple running it were pleasant and welcoming. Bar is in the far corner of the room, toilets upstairs. On Sundays, the food offering was Lamb Kofta or Chicken Tikka wraps, and unusually, cheese topped cobs, a first for me! 3 ales on from the 4 handpumps, Leatherbritches Three Lions, Dancing Duck Indian Porter and Mad Brewer Twisted Citra. It's a decent little place.

Very attractive micropub with a small bar corner wide at the end opposite the door. Four hand pumps with three beers on: Adnams Ghost Ship session pale, Eyam Best and local Falstaff O'Brien. I went for halves of the two that were not a session IPA 3.4% and both were good going on very good. There are also five keg beers including a Hobgoblin stout where most pubs would have Guinness. The decor of mustard yellow walls and a set of dining chairs reupholstered in a sort of subdued vermilion would not have been my choice, but whatever. Not wanting to be critical, my chair was very comfortable.
